It was impossible to open the windows at night, as it was too noisy. The pillows were very uncomfortable. The room was very clean and bathroom and shower as well.

There was construction in the hotel and they started drilling at 8.30 in the morning. I came for a holiday and I have had to wake up to that noise. Room service came to clean at 9 am of course I was awake because of the noise. When we first run into the room there was a smell in the bathroom I guess because of the chemicals they use. The room was clean but the smell was really bad and It felt like it is not clean at all. It is close to city attractions and the main train station.

Quiet hotel in a good location. Rooms are basic but clean and comfortable. Choice of hotel due to location for an exhibition but equally it was only a short walk into the city centre. My only downside was the lack of a late check out but overall a pleasing stay.

Good accommodation near Hbf
Good, clean, solid accommodation. Location under 10min walk from the train station and near Messe, but perhaps 20min walk to the city centre. Right next to a fairly busy road but the windows do a good soundproofing - still, I needed earplugs. Some confusing information about the reception opening times as it looked they haven't updated the description / follow up messages from the lockdown periods. In the end it was open during the day as well.

Wir haben hier vier Übernachtungen gebucht. Das Frühstück wurde von Tag zu Tag schlechter. Am letzten Morgen gab es ab 8.30h nichts mehr, was man belegen könnte. Keine Brötchen, kein Brot. Wir werden das Geld für das Frühstück zurück fordern. Am Tag vorher, Pfingstsonntag war das Hotel voll und größtenteils nur eine einzige überforderte Person für das Frühstück da. Snackautomat und Tiefgarage funktionieren wohl schon länger nicht mehr. Der beim Check-in vereinbarte Zimmerservice nach der 2. Nacht kam nicht. Nie wieder.
