The location was perfect, right in the middle of Citta Alta so cafes, restaurants and points of interest are all close by. The staff are all very friendly and the rooms are cleaned daily. Our room was very clean and very comfortable with lots of amenities that made for a very nice stay we had a balcony with the most amazing view. All the staff were cheerful and very professional. We ate many of our dinners at the Victoria Grill. The menu offered many choices and the food was of high quality. Service was also top notch. I would highly recommend this hotel for its central location on Lake Como."
