Room was clean. We only had an issue with the heater not working. Staff was very friendly.

Luxury Inn And Suites
Rooms look outdated and the bed was lumpy and one side of the bed was lower than the other side. You can hear the other rooms using the shower. The location is nice tho and you do get what you pay for.

Beaver Run Resort & Conference Center
Our only complaint was that the hot tubs were not hot and had a lot of things floating in them! It would be nice to have more locker space as well! Loved the ski in and out and all of the amenities! Our room was recently updated and had everything we needed!
