Hotel and actually room was pretty nice and clean. However, check-in was a NIGHTMARE! I was never given any info that stated that the check-in area was in a Completely difference location then the actual hotel room. I understand this can happen with some resorts but, I was Never given any info to show that. I received emails and multiple documents about the policies of the resort but, they specified the check-in area. We ended up having to race through traffic to check in, in time and, we almost ended up missing our scheduled plans. Probably wont be staying here again.
Horrible place. Heat did not work in dinning or living area. Maintenance worker said could not fix until Monday. Our stay was Friday night son not an good answer.
Way out dated bathrooms and furnishings.
In check and check out process is way out dated Must go into Ski Country to check in and check out. Parking is limited and seems no one monitors unauthorized parked cars.

We were fairly disappointed on the actual property. We booked as romantic getaway for the first time since we had a baby and The listing photos looked awesome with nice furnishing and lots of natural light and it was more of motel with barely enough light in the room to see things and not the comfortable Mountain cottage setting were expecting. Outside of being mislead, the condo was unbelievably hot and made it difficult to sleep well and we had to turn down the thermostat to 50. lots of loud foot traffic above and around the room. Only an old coffee pot and fridge and the shower head was barely powerful enough to get your whole body wet. It sufficed as a place to sleep but really put a damper on the whole trip. Great location tho.. only a few minute walk to downtown and quicksilver chair lift which made up some for the actual room. The hot tubs and pool were great although was only warm and they were shared with a lot of other places so did tend to get crowded. Place would be perfect if your just coming to ski and plan to spend 0 time in the room. Just bring ear plugs if your a light sleeper
Our first room had a malfunctioning refrigerator and heating system, a closet door off the track so could not be moved, and a toilet that barely flushed, (very slow and very weak). When we complained, the very nice lady at the check-in desk sent a tech out immediately who was able to get the heat going and door back on track, but could not help the toilet. So they moved us to another room which had a dirty bathtub and we couldn't figure out how to work the TV. The tech returned immediately and reset the TV input, which now worked fine. We had decided not to use the bathtub so we did not complain about that. The second room had a coffeemaker but no cups or glasses. It did not have a microwave like the first room had. The people we dealt with were great, but the rooms needed preventive maintenance badly.
This was a great place to stay for a quick weekend Ski trip! Perfect location where you can walk to the Quicksilver chair. Hot Tubs are nice but are across the street and out doors
The listing is misleading. It say one room with 2 queen beds. Turned out that they are not queen beds. There were 2 double beds. We were quite upset. This is a room inside a bigger unit. The bigger unit has kitchen, living room and other rooms. However, the door from our room to the bigger unit cannot be closed. It won't close. This is so horrible. I paid $260 per night (including fee) and I can't believe this. It was not clean. The interior is very outdated.

So so
Overall it was fine, stayed one night, a few little things added up... the pictures of the hot tub are nice but in reality they are not on site, the website doesn’t tell you that and hello the hot tubs open at 4 and close at 8 they don’t tell you that on the website either, so they were useless, the room was average, it had a coffee maker but hello you need a coffee filter and hey coffee cups would help! So if you want a place to sleep it was fine, we had the 1 room with 2 queen beds, kinda pricey, probably won’t stay there again for the price we can do better on our next visit to Breckinridge.

Walking distance to Quicksilver chair and all the restaurants downtown. Free shuttle 8am-11pm.
Check-in and check-out was at an off-site location. The room was supposed to be a condo, but we ended up with a small outdated hotel room. No refrigerator, fan, or air conditioning. The room was stuffy, air circulation would have helped. The walls were thin and we could hear everyone around us.
Arrived a few days before the Memorial Day weekend holiday. Quiet, small bathroom, comforter cover had stains, ceiling had cobwebs hanging, bed was comfortable but squeaked with every move. Moved to the other queen bed in the room but actually got two real good nights sleep.
Quick trip to Breck for anniversary; room was simple, but adequate. Bath was renovated (room 21B), and fairly new carpet. No issues with the stay. Wifi was good.

Great location
For a last second room on a busy ski weekend, it was more than adequate. It wasn't totally as advertised since there was no refrigerator, but that wasn't a deal breaker for us because it was so close to all the restaurants. The beds were comfortable enough for a good night's sleep after skiing. The hot tub, location and customer service were the best parts for us.

Thanks for the late night pick up and the ability to drop off keys before the office was open - very helpful!
The rooms are very clean. The kitchen has enough cookware and table ware to server a group of 8 people. Living area is very cozy.

Decent condo
The condo limit the use of hot water 40 galon/day. The chair was not in good condition. It was broken once I sat on it eventhough my weight was about 57kg. The room was not made up everyday. However the location is ok. It was quiet & not too far from the main street
Myself and two friends stayed overnight before our Spartan Beast race. Check in was easy. The room was clean, well appointed, and quiet. The back patio faced a beautiful stream. It is a short walk or drive to the main part of town.
I have not seen my daughter in over a year and a half since she has been deployed. This was the perfect place to have her and her fiancée spend time with family and friends! Thank you
The set-up of the lock-off "hotel" rooms is a little weird and surprising. This is a actually a two-bedroom condo with multiple door configurations. We had one bedroom with two queen beds with a bathroom and a mini-fridge; there was another similar room across the hall and then a door and hallway to a large living room with a sleeper-sofa and full kitchen. The other bedroom was occupied and locked off, but the front of the condo was not, so the office staff allowed us to use the coffee maker and microwave in the kitchen, which was great. The bathrooms have been recently remodeled with granite and modern fixtures, a hair dryer was provided under the sink. The building is not new, the elevator is a little slow, but the stairs are fine. The location is very convenient, about half a block from the Peak 9 Village and an easy walk to Main Street shops and restaurants. Parking is right in front. Check-in and out is at the office on Main Street behind Christy Sports.
Stayed in condo 204. Fantastic. Layout was perfect, fold out couch,
Main area full bath. 2 separate bedrooms each with double queens and both with full baths. Unit backed up to the Blue River. Relaxed on the deck listening to the river and watching fly fisherman. 3 short blocks to town, restaurants, market and shopping. (Free shuttle) but we did not need it. Shared community pool and hot tubs all of which were very clean.
The location was close to everything. Easy to get around. But the the first day we couldn't find the main offices. It wouldn't have mattered but it was very very cold. Especially for a couple boys who come from a tropical humid country. The walk was long! And the hot water usually wasn't working!!!
