"This hotel was a big factor in the success of our trip. The heated pool was incredibly helpful for me to survive the water with a ten year old grandson, even though it was warm outside. Staff was excellent, barring one very ineffective restaurant server. Very impressive was the building quality. I have never experienced such a quiet hotel stay, couldn't hear every shower, flush, hall noise, etc. A last benefit was the "in house" movie cinema. Just lovely stay!!!"

"Property security is good and the food across all the restaurants was decent. If you go, the 99 Hops House has great deals on drinks. Our stay across three rooms was mediocre at best. The beds were just okay. In one room, the bathroom wasn't clean and literally had Zyn pouches stuck to the shower ceiling. Service was entirely dependent on the day. Day one was great, but the next two days we had a very unhelpful woman at the front desk who made it a hassle just to fix our deactivated room keys. Also worth noting: there is no pool and zero activities if you are under 21. Fine for a quick casino trip, but don't expect a premium hotel experience."

"The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The common areas were clean and well maintained, but the real standout was the breakfast and evening Kickback. It made our stay so much easier and more enjoyable, and was definitely one of the highlights of our visit."

"Breakfast was eh. Very minimal for hot breakfast. Room was nice. Thermostat didn't go below 66. Ac unit was loud so falling asleep was difficult. Shower was missing the shampoo dispenser. Water pressure wasn't the greatest. Bathroom sink had a broken drain plug. Only given 2 towels for 3 people. Had to ask for more & thankfully, we were given more. Elevator was terribly slow. Ice machine on 4th floor didn't work at all. Overall, nice stay. Just minor inconveniences."
