"This was second time staying at this hotel. Staff was nice and friendly, rooms were clean, nice location. Walking distance to old town, all shops, restaurants, tourist attractions When I booked the room, booked WTH breakfast (even have a picture that shows breakfast was included) but when tried to have breakfast, we were told that breakfast was not included and Expedia had sent them the wrong code. It was disappointing, but I believe this was Expedia’s mess up, tried to get a hold of them while we were there but were not successful so we ended up having breakfast outside, paid 17 euros for one breakfast that we had at the hotel. I do recommend to book with breakfast included as it is a complete, good breakfast. "

"We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Once we got our bearings, it was not difficult to travel via trams to the various sightseeing spots. The breakfast is quite good with many options. If we ever return to Prague, I will stay here again."

"Lovely room which was clean and well appointed. Bathroom was very spacious. Lovely nibbles and drinks in the executive lounge. Breakfast was excellent, amazing selection for a continental breakfast and also cooked items. Very impressed and would certainly recommend."
