Great staff and the room was very clean

Our room on the 15th floor had some nasty stains on the couch. We asked to be moved to another room which wasn’t any better. There were stains on the couch, stains on the dining chairs, light bulb was out, it was dark and musty and the windows were covered with moss or some green stuff on the outside. Seems like they never clean the exterior of the windows. The room sleeps 5 but they only gave us 2 bath towels. Go figure. The hallways smelled of very strong potpourri scent. They compensated us with free breakfast but the hotel rooms really needs an update. Location is great by the Galleria.

Staff did an amazing job. Excellent customer service.

Room was fine. Pool area was closed and we were not allowed to go outside. They ran out of bourbon in the bar and orange juice in the restaurant. The bar in the lobby was closed.

The kitchen had everything I needed to cook. The staff was awesome and very helpful. The front desk gentleman I believe his name was Reggie, he helped transfer my room his help was above and beyond my expectations. The lady and gentleman help me carry my bags. I would recommend this hotel to everyone needing a place to stay
