"We stayed at this lovely hotel for three nights and had a really wonderful overall experience. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and welcoming, and we truly enjoyed our stay. The location is also very convenient. It’s not far from the city centre, and most places are within about a 10 -15 minute walk, which made it very easy to explore the area. The breakfast was nice, with a good selection and good quality. It was a lovely way to start each day. I would especially like to recognize the duty manager, who understood our concerns about the room space and took the time to acknowledge them. She went out of her way to send us a lovely letter and offer a thoughtful resolution. I truly appreciated her attitude, professionalism, and genuine care. Her response made us feel heard and valued as guests. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would definitely love to come back again one day. Highly recommended!"

"Excellent location, friendly staff and well maintained property. The only thing I would say is I don’t recommend the room with the loft bed. It was insanely small. The other rooms with a king bed or doubles were much more spacious."

"Clean and comfortable hotel in a good location. There was some initial confusion over the late check-out time, but this was rectified easily and without any problems. We didn't stay for breakfast as we had an early start, so can't comment on that. The restaurant food, however, was fairly mediocre and quite expensive for what it was. Overall, a pleasant and comfortable stay, but the dining experience could definitely be improved."
