"Wonderful experience at this new hotel / restaurant in Malacky, just north of Bratislava. Owned & operated by a local family that did an excellent job renovating the property while preserving and promoting the history of the area. "We went to the hotel at 4:30 PM on Wednesday. Reception was closed even though the timing was 7 am to 10 pm. They had 2 phone numbers on a paper in order to contact reception. We called both numbers multiple times to no avail. At 8 PM we finally decided to just leave this hotel. We contacted expedia and they booked us a hotel in Budapest which was our next destination. I do not recommend this hotel at all because no one was there! "

"These apartments are very safe, clean and have all the amenities needed for a family visit. I traveled with my two daughters so having a nice area to prepare meals is a must for me. Everything I needed for our short stay was included. Staff is very professional, and instructions to access the apartment are very clear. We walked back to the hotel from the Main Square at night and it felt safe to do so. "
