Spacious rooms, comfortable beds, excellent location to all the attractions ( 6 min walk to both the Old Town and New Town ). And the staff were very nice.

A really lovely hotel that is fantastic value for money. Staff very helpful and polite we stayed in a luxury apartment which was fantastic and one of the best rooms i have ever stayed in. the only minor negatives, Gym equipment could be thinned out a bit ie one bike, one running machine, only because the room is a bit small.

Pros: Great staff, good location, nicely arranged rooms Cons: Could not meet room bed type (requested two beds, received one - could have been a problem with Expedia communicating with the hotel), streaming to television did not work, WiFi in room disconnected more frequently than expected

Great serviced apartment hotel
We stayed at penthouse and it was very spacious and well equipped. Hotel is centrally located and staffs were very friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here if we visit Bratislava next time.

Rooms are huge. Staff is over the top friendly !! Located in a perfect spot to walk around Bratislava to see the sites. This was our second time staying there and we wouldn’t stay anywhere else.

The property was very nicely located from the city center, it’s just a 7-10 min walk. The room was very large and was very comfortable for our family of 4.

The hotel should be renamed to "Frozen"
I opted in for "Deluxe apartment" with the floor heating as promoted on their website. Unfortunately pitched "floor heating", the main upsell feature of this type of apartment was not working. The staff was not able to "fix it" in 3 days while I was staying there. Very unconvenient especially during snow storm outside. Sadly, the hotel staff did not come up with any alternative solution (move us to the room with working heating or provide us with some electric heaters etc.). Apart from saying "we are fixing this" nothing was done in order to fix this problem. They did not even show up to check if it is actually working or not. Very dissapointing. Another amusing feature of this hotel (at least this type of the room) were two TVs installed in the way that if person 1 changes channel with the remote, it also changes channel on the second TV. :) Pluses: breakfast staff was very attentive and location is top notch. Tip: bring your own eletric heating or special thermal wear

If you ever experience a problem or inconvenience during your stay in the future, please note that you can contact the manager on duty, who is always ready to help you. You must stay here!
I have stayed in my share of hotels over the last 20 years of traveling. This was the best hotel I ever stayed in. You have to walk about 5-7 min to the heart of town, but this hotel is just amazing. The room, the help, breakfast was off the charts. I mean, everything was just top WOW!

The Best Hotel In Europe So Far

Beautiful hotel
Everything in the hotel is very well designed and maintained. You only need to walk 10 mins to get to the churches and historical buildings. Breakfast was a little simple but still enough to guests.

Wow-tastic, an experience unbelievable
Spacious rooms, great breakstaff, helpful staff members especially Branko. Attention to smallest details such as welcome drink, chocolates on bed, daily weather card, evening chocolates, quite and safe location.
