Nice comfortable hotel . All the amenities a tourist needs. Bratislava was one of the more memorable cities that the family enjoyed. Staff were friendly . Rooms and facility were clean. Unnecessary parking fee for the car when they have their own garage.

The location was great. Able to walk everywhere. There were a lot of homeless people in the walking are right by the hotel. Was uncomfortable going out at night. Lots of people noise around 3:00 am also. The front desk staff was excellent. The bartender had great food recommendations.

I would suggest to add in the shower some safety railing. The floor tiles are quite slippery ans some people might have a problem to avoid a fall.

There were some small details that could be improved: the milk for the coffee at the room was expired (or at least not in a good status), the wc was clearly dirty so we cleaned and not all the channels in the TV works
