The staff was helpful and pleasant. We had a delayed flight and the hotel made it easy to check in at 3am! Great location next to the tram. Ideal for families since room was large with a kitchenette.

I have never reviewed a property before, I usually don't bother. During my stay, there were a couple of things that were not working, understandably since they had just inaugurated. What I would like to recognise was the approach from the General Manager and how he handled the situation, one that did not go un appreciated. My room had a beautiful, large, quiet terrace overlooking the city. The hotel is as listed brand new and the decoration very good. Thank you for your kind gestures
