The main issue because of which I did not rate 5 stars was the lack of hot water (the water heater was not working, error code on display). The area looks kind of remote (new development) but is easy to go to downtown by car.

Die Unterkunft ist gut ausgestattet, lediglich ein Sieb und Untersetzer haben wir vermisst. Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren sauber und ausreichend verfügbar. Innen war es sauber. Der Balkon war leider schmutzig und nicht zu gebrauchen. Es gibt 4 Stühle und einen Babystuhl, für mehr als 4 Erwachsene also schwierig. Das Apartment ist in einem Neubaugebiet, teilweise ist die Straße noch nicht fertiggestellt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe mit dem Auto erreichbar. Check-In Prozess ist unnötig kompliziert (für 5 Personen Ausweis/Paß, Geburtsdatum, Unterschrift etc). Insgesamt gute Unterkunft in guter Lage (wenn man ein Auto hat)!
