"The check-in process seemed unusual to us. No one was there when we arrived and we didn't know how to enter the hotel. Fortunately we had a Romanian speaking guide who called the proprietor. Once inside, everything was in fine order. However, the property is not as accessible to the city center as shown in the listing. "

"Stopped off for one night at Casa Albert as we had eaten at Bistro Albert several times and wanted to try the rooms. Food was excellent as before with nice breakfast served in the bistro. Location is very central within easy reach of Piata Sfatului, Black Church, Town Hall etc. Room had tea/coffee facilities and proper bath."

"The listing did not advertise this property properly. The owner no longer lives there, so no restaurant or food is included. The road leading to this property is awful with no parking except on the side of the gravel road on the edge of a hill. It is one lane, and very difficult to park/drive. "We had an amazing stay At Raddison Blu Aurum. The staff were super friendly. The only thing i believe would have made things easier is to have precise information regarding car parking. I honestly struggled with this but I found that it was simply parking on the road opposite the hotel for 24 lei per day. unfortunately, the girl at reception desk did not tell us this. "
