"The location was perfect. We reserved a parking space in advance which was very helpful. Marius was wonderful, we can't thank him enough. Also, wanted to note that the bathroom was fully private. As a person who travels with a friend, we find it very important to find places where the bathrooms aren't see thorough and it's something we always look for in reviews so, putting in here so maybe it'll help someone else."

"Great location, right across front center square. Walking distance from Black Church. Many restaurants within walking distance. Breakfast was really good. My only complain is that they don't clean the rooms. They provide clean towels but they don't clean rooms. I'm not sure if all hotels do that, but I was a little disappointed about that. Other than that it was a pleasant stay. We didn't have a lot of interaction with staff and sometimes it felt like nobody was working there, but it didn't bother us. We were a little lost with what to do and was hoping that staff will offer some assistance with that but we had to rely on google to find things to do on our own. When we checked out I was hoping to get asked if we had a pleasant stay or not, but the process to check out was just to leave key at the front desk so it felt more like a rental instead of hotel but again it was a learning experience."

"The staff were delightful as they were friendly and very helpful at all times. The room was well appointed and cleaned every day. Thank you. Now Expedia sucks s as they are difficult to deal with, hard to contact as they only want to converse over the computer which is lousy customersService is non existent just put you through another computer algorithm but NO PERSONAL CONTACT AND WHAT SADDER IS THEY dont WANT TO TALK TO YOU !! Sucks!!"

"Lovely staff. Nice room and plenty of toiletries in the bathroom. the breakfast was good . Great area, close to lots of restaurants etc. I was on the 3rd floor and there were lots of stairs as they don’t have a lift so bear that in mind if you have mobility issues. I would recommend this hotel."
