This hotel feels like it’s abandoned. The windows block no sounds at all, you could literally hear everything going on outside. The towels were clean but had STAINS on them. Absolutely disgusting. They also don’t clean the rooms everyday

Avoid at All Costs! (0/5 Stars) If I could give zero stars, I would! This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. There was NO internet, NO water, and NO air conditioning—completely unacceptable! The hotel’s description is entirely misleading; nothing was as advertised. Staying here for even one night was unbearable. Save yourself the trouble and book somewhere else!

This is the absolute worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I find it impossible that people are rating this any higher than 1 star. The beds are incredibly uncomfortable (springs poking through), and they give you one very flat pillow. I actually had to roll my clothes up to use as a pillow. My travel partner and I started joking that it closely resembles a prison. Someone else in the reviews said it looked abandoned, but I think it looks like a set from a Zombie apocalypse movie. The curtains don't cover the windows, and the internet didn't work, so I had to use a hotspot for the entire five days I was there. The TV does not stream and has barely one channel; the rest are static. The windows are paper-thin, and you can hear everything outside. You will regret staying here.

Hotel antigo que precisa de grande renovação. Wi-fi péssimo no quarto, não consegui utilizar. Controle do ar-condicionado sem pilha. Não possui tomadas ao lado da cama, o que atualmente é um inconveniente enorme. Televisão minúscula com apenas 5 canais funcionando. O banheiro do quarto era fedido e o chuveiro era um elétrico improvisado. Pra piorar há uma grande obra ao lado cuja barulheira começa às 7h da manhã. Não recomendo.

O prédio é antigo e precisa de um pouco de cuidado; as janelas fazem barulho a noite com o vento, o elevador range e seu acabamento não tá bom; a cortina do quarto não veda bem a claridade e o wi-fi é aberto, não dá pra usar. Os pontos positivos são a educação e recepção dos funcionários, a localização muito boa, próximo dos pontos turísticos, de ponto de ônibus, restaurantes e lojas.

Péssimo descanso

O hotel tem uma boate que funciona lá, mas sequer avisam aos hóspedes, que são surpreendidos durante a madrugada com gritos, música muito alta, baderna e perturbação do sossego de quem viaja para estudos ou negócios. Eu passei de quarta para quinta 27/08/2025 sem dormir direito e tinha um trabalho acadêmico para apresentar no dia seguinte. mesmo pedindo na recepção não retiraram as pessoas do local que levava mais barulho aos quartos. Péssimo!!!

Não esperava muito do hotel devido ao preço baixo para região, mas mesmo assim consegui me decepcionar. Meu quarto estava sujo, caiu algum líquido pegajoso no chão e não limparam, meu sapato ficava grudando. Embaixo da mesa de cabeceira estava imundo. O elevador também estava sujo, as condições do hotel estão muito decadentes. Meu quarto tinha um cheiro horrível de cigarro, tive que deixar a janela aberta para ver se melhorava. Como se já não fosse ruim o suficiente, tem uma laje no segundo andar com mesas ao ar livre, que fica embaixo dos quartos com vista para a antena. Uma noite um grupo de pessoas ficou bebendo e fazendo algazarra nessa laje até depois das três da manhã, impossível de dormir. Não recomendo, não voltarei. Aliás, recomendo não ir.

Pelo preço que foi pago, a hospedagem é ok. Bom café da manhã, só que tenho algumas ressalvas: não havia onde estender as toalhas no banheiro;o hotel nao tem lavanderia, apenas empréstimo de ferro de passar; a camareira nao limpou o quarto, sendo que eu tinha deixado o aviso na porta para limpa-lo; há um "clube de cavalheiros" (vulgo Paradise) que está nas instalações do hotel. Ele é independente do hotel, só que quem ficar nos primeiros andares é capaz de acordar as 4h da manhã com o barulho do pessoal saindo desse local. Uma colega também ficou nesse hotel e se estressou, pois ela precisaria cancelar uma diária, e o hotel estava colocando empecilhos para atende-la. Para quem está de passagem rápida e não é muito exigente, vale considerando que o hotel tem um preço menor em relação aos concorrentes.
