"Be aware that there is on street parking that requires a permit from the city of Wilmington. Red Awni ng worked with me to resolve the issue but it took some time and a few texts to make it work.The on street parking placed me a block and half from the propery. No cost but need proof of renting the space. The GPS sent you down a one way street that does not bring by the front of the property. This was a problem finding the property after dark. "The property was very clean. Walking in the main door we were greeted with a professional greeting. The room was clean and smelled great when we left and returned.. I am looking forward into staying at other Staybridge Suites."
"Stay was very nice other tjan the fact I'm a Christian and they jad the room stacked with liquor and wine alcohol period. A few soda abd a couple of bottles of water. It wasn't tempting but distasteful being that l was there with my grandchildren and 92 yrs old dad. I just think inquire who your guests are in order to place them in a safe environment and comfortable stay, which in the long. Term, like I said, the place is beautiful. The staff is outstanding, but because they offer you those amenities. Many people take advantage of them. And cause disturbance throughout the night. I would stay again but definitely bring to their intention that i have godly standard. "
