"Staff were really pleasant. Ground floor room was offered as lift did not work. Lack of kettle in the room was a disappointment as one had to go to the breakfast room to get hot water. No restaurant for dinner but recommended a lovely restaurant just 100 yards"

"We have used this hotel for over 10 years, and after a 9 hour drive arrived to be told that the restaurant was no longer open unless coach parties were staying. No details supplied in advance. Not sure we will stay again."
