The fridge is cold, the water in the shower is hot, the linens are clean and the bed is comfortable. Located a minute or so from the highway, a perfect place to stop for the night during a long road trip. Staff who checked me in was quiet and efficient.

Didn’t expect much from the outside appearance of this motel, but the rooms were spacious, quiet and functional. They could have a better, less “scratchy” bedspread though! Did appreciate the larger separate freezer in the refrigerator and the microwave proved to be quite useful. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

What i think is that someone from the corporate level should stay there for at least 2 days unannounced to see how this represents their company .. there is no staff no one in the office most of the time , house keeping during our week plus was there only 2 days and the room was never cleaned . garbage never emptied not anything else other than a couple towels . lots of things in the rooms dont work properly , toilet was loose from the floor. tv is erratic and very limited,, it snowed outside and typical direct tv lost signal , while i believe there is cable tv in the area . the parking lot is all potholes and awful.. I have been using this place for ten plus years , while it was never good the last 3 years to there has gone down hill a lot, even though it isnt that expensive I have stayed in places less pricey that are a lot better value .. this go around. Not to mention the manager called me at an extremely bad time to accuse me of smoking in a non smoking room , he later called to apologize because it was the room next door . really bad timing . I dont think after ten plus years that i will stay there again . Noisy because people raising hell till well into the AM hours .

I had the only car in the parking lot. they put me in the back of the hotel where i felt unsafe. The room was freezing and the heater took 3 hrs to warm the room. To the point i asked to be checked out and i had the room for 2 night but only stayed 3 hrs because i felt unsafe there and it was like an iceberg. I asked for a refund and he told me because it was a 3rd party that he would do nothing for me. I asked to speak to a manager and he said hes only there 2 or 3 time a yr. Again he could do nothing for me. So id like a refund because even my family i went to stay with felt for my safety.

Terrible terrible. The property is rundown and dirty. A lot of random people, lingering around the property outside security lights, and what not are out and just overall looks dingy. The worst part of it is we arrived, and despite calling and knocking for almost half an hour, nobody would come to the door to let us check in Called to complain the following day, and they refused to give us a refund and hung up on us. Worst experience I’ve ever had with a hotel.

When I checked in, there was no record of my reservation. By mistake, they gave my original room to someone else. I was double charged for the stay because it showed up on my phone. I asked about that and was told they charge per night as opposed to the total charge. I will be disputing the extra charges when my credit card bill comes. I asked for a receipt and was told the printer wasn't working but when I checked out, I asked for a receipt and got it. I was put on the "3rd floor" but in reality it was the 2nd floor. The door had no additional latch lock. I ended up putting the luggage stand with my luggage in front of the door. The room had no desk or table or chair. I had to use the ironing board as a table to eat. By the look of the ironing board cover, others have done the same thing. The bed was so uncomfortable. I could feel the springs. The TV got very few channels even though they had Direct TV. I used my phone's Hotspot because I didn't trust the hotel's Wifi. There were so many cosmetic issues. The light switches were reversed. Down was ON. The shower corners need to be grouted. The toilet paper roll was BEHIND the door, so you had to reach over to get access it. The refrigerator and microwave were clean, which I greatly appreciated. There was a huge hole in the parking lot, which needs to be repaved. Overall, the hotel served its purpose as a "pit stop" and a central location while I did local sightseeing and traveled to NY.

We didnt even go into the property because when we pulled in the building was in such bad shape that we didnt feel comfortable going it. There was a police vehicle parked across the street which gave us the feeling that they were watching the place. There is no way that we would pay to stay there. I know it said no refunds but NO ONE should be expected to stay in a place as deplorable as that property.

My room was a nice size and was relatively clean. It suited its purpose well. My only real concern was the parking lot which was riddled with potholes and bumps. Overall a decent place!

No breakfast at all served, no one in office. Anytime you needed someone you had to call and wait for someone to show up. Pool looked like it had not been used in years. Room had stains on ceilings and on furniture. Building needs alot of maintenance. No ice machine and no working drink machine.Parking lot had alot of potholes.

I guess I got what I paid for ... price usually determines quality. The place has definitely seen better days. Since it’s no longer on the main Pennsylvania route, it’s isolated - not close to anything.

Bed was squeeky, but comfortable. Bathroom clean. But fixed up with cheap products. Spiderwebs in doorways. No door trim. Outside not kept up. But slept well. Price inexpensive. Butwouldn'tsagain.

This property was absolutely disgusting. There were bugs and hair from other people all over the room I was in. The mattress felt like I was sleeping on a metal box. There was no chain lock and the area was very sketchy. I had 2 nights booked and only stayed for one because of how disgusting it was

It was fifthy. The walkway to the room was dirty, damaged, and unlevel which make it difficult for me to walk it. (disabled). The bathroom floor had not been swept and there was black mold around the bottom of the bathtub. The bathroom needed painted and the ceiling had some kind of yucky splatter all over it. We didn't get enough towels for our two day stay. I stay at hotels frequently, especially in Bradford, PA, but won't be staying here again. Ever.

The room was good and I was pleased with it. That is what I most want in a hotel. The exterior of the hotel is a little bit run-down in appearance as if it has seen better days. That is why I did not give the highest rating.

Not a good experience! Front desk person was horrible was given key to someone else room first day and the next 2 days key didn’t work had to keep going back to desk! Approached my husband and got in his face and said if there is going to be trouble we need to leave! Poor guy didn’t know what was going on Cause well we did nothing!! As for the room bed was horribly uncomfortable as were the pillows! At least we had clean towels daily! We will never stay there again!!
