"I enjoyed our stay at this property, immensely. The managerial staff was attentitive and helpful (thank you, Francesca). The room was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities my family required. It was extra convenient having a grocery store and a cafe/bakery located adjacent to the lobby. The only thing that was slightly inconvenient were the lack of sidewalks, leading away from the facility. I was required to rent a car in order to navigate around the Santa Severa area. "We had a long layover in Rome, and decided to book with this hotel for a few hours of sleep; the location is ideal and only a short walk from the Rome Termini Station. The staff were helpful, and toothbrushes, toothpaste, and soap, shampoo, and body wash were included for two persons in the room (which was a great help, since our bags did not make it with us to Rome). Would recommend this hotel."
