"Beautiful property and very well kept. The food at the bistro was delicious. The staff were very friendly and helpful. This property is about a mile from the downtown of Bracciano. We did not have a car and the taxi service was unreliable. We walked into the town and there were not sidewalks on part of the walk which made it a bit dangerous. We would come back to this property. The pool was lovely and it was very relaxing."

"The family room with one double and two singles was perfect for the four of us. There was a bar outside of our window, but the windows did a great job of blocking the light and sound. Everything was clean, our only wish would have been that the bathtub had to stop her so we could use it. There was also a decent breakfast that was included, which seems pretty rare in Italy."

"Lake facing rooms balconies have an absolutely spectacular view! Wonderful hotel ..great breakfast. Would recommend a pass on the formal Ha dining room in favour of the fabulous lakefront restaurant a short 5 minute walk from Ha. "

"There was no air conditioning and the conditions of the room was more of a guesthouse than a hotel. The shower barely worked and the bathroom was not quite big enough for me. It was just a place to rest my head and nothing more. I arrived a day late and left a day early. "
