"The toilet seat in the bathroom was broken on one side. The shower tap had a screw sticking out and the water pressure was low. The shower curtain wouldn’t stay closed properly. The tv stopped working so they had to send someone up to fix it. No kleenex in the room and we found a big bug in the bed. ..."

"This was a good nights sleep but on an old mattress. Carpets are old and as such, are hard to clean well. Bring slippers. The bathroom was spotless and so that made for a pleasant experience.
