Room was very nice, good layout. Bed was comfortable. Lobby was nice. Breakfast was a little lacking. Small issue with check in, Expedia had them listed as pet friendly. At check-in the desk clerk said they don't take dogs unless it was service dogs. They did allow us to stay with the dog because she was small. No issues after that.

The room and property were clean and quiet. The serve a breakfast but if you don’t eat cereal or waffles, plan to find your own. Wish they had a toaster, at least. But overall, a good place to stay.

Would stay again, but hopefully replaced mattress.
Our room was spacious and clean. The staff and breakfast were good. Overall a nice weekend stay, but the bed and sofa were both uncomfortable.

Second time I tried to stay at this property. The first time elevator was out and at 76 did not want to climb stairs. This trip rooms were not ready at appointed time. Girl at checkin was rude 5 couples waiting for room.

Because the computer system was down we were left waiting for a room we had pre-paid for over an hour in the early evening after we had been travelling all day and were exhausted. The hotel needs to have a backup system that is not dependent on the computer to be able to tell your front desk staff what rooms are still unreserved so that in the future a guest like us could be promptly assigned a room. We saw other guests who were left waiting for hours without a room assignment due to this problem.

Overall Decent Stay
Hotel is nice, was located near the corvette museum. Only 5 miles to beach bend. The food was ok for breakfast. Our room could have been a little cleaner found chip crumbs on the couch and one of the towels had a stain on it.

Very nice place. Clean, fresh and new. Great breakfast. Professional staff. My only recommendation to the staff is that the glass of the front entrance area is filthy and gives a bad impression.

Staff was friendly, but the hotel seemed to be understaffed. Linens were dirty, so we had to run down and get new linens the first night. Breakfast was good, but could have had more options.

Dirty room but decent breakfast.
Our room was pretty dirty. The floor by the entrance and the bathroom was sticky. The shower did not drain properly so you had to shower in bath water bc it wasnt draining correctly. There was a booger and what looked like poop by the bathroom wall. There was no lock on the backroom door. I also had to put the bathroom door back on the track bc it wouldnt open when we got there. I attach a photo of a towel we wetted down to clean the stickiness on the floor up.

Well, the morning & evening front desk staff are lovely. The room/ suite, I needed to use the restroom & promptly saw a hair on the toilet seat, yuck but ok. & my Husband noticed an obvious black greasy handprint on the shower wall. But it improved! We ordered pizza & I was making up a salad & found a big bowl to mix it up in. The real plates & cutlery were nice. The dishwasher & full size fridge/ freezer, also useful. The room we were in, while roomy/spacious, one side of the kingsize bed, there was enough room to get by but thats it. If someone is a hot footed sleeper, it would be perfect. The breakfast, looked kinda sad. The location to the Corvette museum is perfect.
