Trash was overflowing around 9pm when I went in for the night. I went back out the next morning around 10 am and the trash was still there overflowing. ( mind you the trash is right beside the entrance when entering from the garage) the place also had a mildew smell. Very noisy also.

I liked that there was a parking garage near by and we got to sit around the fire that evening. The only thing I thought was a bit much was the noise. We could hear the parking garage door slam every time it opened. And I guess trash pick up was the day we stayed, so we heard garbage cans being slammed up & down multiple times at 6am which wasn’t too pleasant. But overall a good stop for a night.

Average hotel. Very convenient to Western Kentucky University. We were there for the Hotrods baseball game. Very convenient to stadium about 1/2 mile away. Breakfast was edible but not great. Staff was fantastic.

The hotel was very clean but the beds are extremely uncomfortable and pillows were lumpy and uncomfortable.

Even if you don’t need proximity to WKU, this Hyatt is convenient to anywhere in Bowling Green. Since we had a King Suite, had plenty of room to relax. Bathroom was very nice with walk-in shower. TV could be upgraded from 42” to 55”. Otherwise, great room.

Delightful front staff; wonderful quiet rooms. Comfortable beds and nice bathrooms. Don't miss the Mexican restaurant adjacent to property -- one of the best I've eaten in. Located adjacent to Western Kentucky University - a beautiful campus.

The room was nice and the beds were comfortable. We didn't have a comforter one one of the beds. The breakfast was mediocre and the service was disorganized. Many food items were not replenished - for example, they ran out of omlet half an hour before closure. The hotel is otherwise good and close to the WKU campus.

I liked the area as it was in the university campus area. It felt safe and it was quiet. This hotel has been well used and is probably due for some updates. We had to change rooms due to a cleanliness issue with our first room but the staff kindly and quickly accomadated our needs. That was greatly appreciated. Check in was easy.
