"Clean room. Polite staff. Hallways a little loud. But nothing outrageous. "

"The desk manager was alright, but I had to eait almost 30 mins to check in because he wasnt there, and when i called the hotel to see if he was in an office no one answered. The parking lot had trash all over it. The room was super dirty. The bed where clean though. The floor was tile, which felt like it had dirt all over it when you walked without shoes. The toilet lid was cracked. The lid to the toilet basin was cracked. The sink had hair and dirt in it. There were no towels, and no trash can. The shower had dirt on the walls and in the bottom of the tub. The walls looked like they had water damage everywhere. The buttons on the TV remote didnt work except the numbers (couldnt channel up/down or volune up/down). The heater/air conditioner did work well though"

"Don’t not stay here they demand that you pay the deposit in cash only and then they keep it no matter how clean and neat you are. The owners act like they don’t speak English when you speak up about the condition of the room. And the cleaning/ maintenance staff don’t fix anything properly. The only plus is it is near major highways and shops."

"My stay was excellent, great bar and staff, happy hour and then wonderful breakfast in the morning. Now the bad part, my car got broken into and tools stolen out of it. So did 15 other cars there. The security cameras and lighting were absent. Never in a million years did I think my plain Nissan Rogue would get broken into at a 4-5 star hotel. But, it happened and I think the hotel needs to be accountable for better security. "

"Room was clean and nicely appointed. The elevators were not working and the service elevator stopped working during our stay. Had to use the stairs. Luckily we were only on the fifth floor. "
