The staff at the reception were kind and friendly with us.Breakfast was exceptional but it opens 6:30 am to 9:30am which is fine for skiing but in the summer it could be open till 10:30 so you can have a relaxed morning. When you first enter the room it is nice and clean but they don’t clean your room when you’re out.

The Hotel is in a beautiful location and the Sauna was amazing.

Very friendly and helpful hotel staff. Lovely room with excellent facilities. Very good breakfast with lots of choice. Convenient location, just a ten minute walk to town centre. We would definitely recommend it.

Fantastic location close to local facilities, great food and staff who provided service with a smile. Ideal place for walking, cycling and just exploring the region including Lake Bled which was 45 minutes away in a car. Really enjoyed the hotel, Kranska Gora and whole area.

Great location 5 mins from Lakeside. Our room didn't have a view of the lake but each floor had a comfortable seating area at a full size window with a wonderful view. The Staff were very friendly, the dining room was very attractive with lake views and breakfast was outstanding with a great choice of cooked and continental. Everything plentiful, fresh and inviting. The housekeeping was excellent, shower room was modern and kept spotless. There...

This Hotel is a family business and you can tell by the care that is taken in making it a special place. We have stayed here a few times and always had a great time. This time we experienced the aperitivo in their lovely American bar 'Insolito', buzzing with people sipping Aperol Spritz and cocktails. We've heard that the restaurant here offers excellent food but we haven't tried it yet. The free use of the swimming pool is definitely a plus when staying in one of their rooms. All in all a great...
