Staff especially during check-in was very rude. The room was only cleaned once in 3 night stay. Had to request clean towels and than go downstairs to get it on my own. The personal some were rude. The bedding was terrible quality not even cotton.

Loved the style and vibe of this hotel. Room and decor were very cool. Room was very clean, although, there was some dust on the baseboards. It was also stocked with beverages and snacks, which was very convenient. Staff was friendly, offering easy check-in and check-out. Valet was fast and polite.

Room was very clean and the view from the windows on the 15th floor were amazing. Wifi got a little slow as evenings wore on. Plenty of eating and shopping nearby. Bourbon street begins two blocks away. Will have to use valet for initial check in though they will get your car for you whenever it ...

The location is excellent. The balcony was amazing. The staff were great and courteous. The room was nice and clean. Cons: Both TVs glitched with poor or no reception. The room had no microwave. It took an hour to get our car the first morning.
