Boulevard Heights Trip

Rooms were clean and fully stocked, main floor and entry was run down, carpet filthy, no room for your lyggage before 4PM even thought i was told they do. Location was perfect, lady at the front desk was very helpful

The Cavalier is a quirky, fun hotel in the art deco district. It’s near the quieter end, so it’s perfect for adults, they provide beach access and free chairs, the restaurant is great- a mix of American and Italian. The employees are nice, Philip checked us in and Lester was our wonderful bar tender and server and had our drinks waiting! We should be back in six months for our bi annual girls trip! The rooms are quirky and cute and really loved the stylized feel with the older touches they preserved! Room was super clean, breakfast cost less than Starbucks and was so much better! Loved the original elevator- a must try- and just the whole vibe! This is old Miami at its best!

No view just another building so had blind down most of the way. Breakfast at sister hotel not the greatest not much choice and cramped seating, what was served was passable. Staff friendly and helpful. Our room was a bit tired bathroom door didn’t operate properly but bathroom decent, blind a bit stiff to open.

We had a wonderful stay - staff and management are great; friendly, easygoing, and very guest-oriented. The physical space - Rooms and rooftop - is lovely and spacious. I only have one complaint - I really wished the windows opened, especially since we didn't have a balcony. Coming from Ohio to warm Miami, we wanted fresh air.
