A fine hotel in a generic mall area. The rooms were large, the prices were reasonable, the elevators were slow and didn’t always work. The breakfast was mediocre, eat somewhere else but we liked the hotel and wouldn’t mind staying there again.

It was very clean! Many places have a musty stale odor behind the air fresheners they put in their venting systems, but this location smelled crisp and clean!

Really enjoyed the stay here. Overall, a very nice hotel with some fun little unique aspects that really set it apart. Was a little disappointed by how small the gym was and it caught me offguard that we had to pay $22 a night for parking. During our stay in April, the pool was also closed down something if we had known we would not have booked the hotel because my daughter enjoys hotel swimming :-) Also no free continental breakfast.

This is an extremely tacky hotel. I hade to move twice to get a room with airconditioning. When I returned to the last room it was 80 degrees. The ice machines don't work. The last straw was when I got into bed - It smelled. The pillows stank! There were several other problems I left early and they wouldn't refund my money although I left for cause. Stay away!!!

The hotel was clean and offered a unique inviting charm. The staff were friendly. However, what mattered most was comfort, like adequate heating which this hotel did not provide. Either the thermostat was not working or the hotel had it set so guest could not adjust it. Also, the internet was inconsistent.

Property is nice, but maintenance and quality are poor. There was only one operating elevator for the entire hotel, and the staircases were not even an option since they are only for emergency exit to outside, and the temperature was -10. Our bathroom barn door did not close at all, and maintenance left us waiting until 10:30pm at which point the front desk finally offered to move us to a new room. Other issues: phone didn’t work in the room. Parts of shower fixture fell off when used.

The breakfast option(s) that were paid for, mediocre at very best. The most bland (both of us agreed) I’ve had in a long time! I wouldn’t complain if it wasn’t charged for on top of the room price, however, our bartender/ server lady, Betty was so sweet and attentive. Besides that, 10/10 rate of our stay, and12/10 rating of Betty. Thank you!!🙏

Nice hotel, great location for attending a play at the Dairy Arts Center. But why do fancier hotels charge you for things that less expensive hotels give you for free?! That included internet (unless I sign up for their honors program), parking and a mediocre breakfast buffet.

Good location
Everything was very nice and I will stay here again. I only took off a star because coffee maker and gym facilities often seemed to mostly work. But, often some part of it was broken or didn’t work. i.e. coffee machine turned on, but didn’t brew. But, there was always coffee in the lobby, so not really an inconvenience

Great Experience
Great experience and hotel. Very courteous crew and the facilities were clean. The only negative thing is the absence of free breakfast which is provided by many of the hotels.
