Has a great view, however the water reeks of sulfur and though stated that there is wifi available in the unit this is not true.

First room a 1 star. Upgraded to a 3 star. Towels and facecloths dirty. I think this might be a new owner and he has work ahead of him. I wouldnt stay again..

Drab and disappointing.
I believe they are trying to update the motel, so I don’t want to be too harsh but the room was dark, dated, dirty and the fridge had mold. I hope they are able to get it fixed up.

We had the most incredible stay! The view from our deck was stunning. Room was modest but clean, and water pressure in shower was perfect. Microwave and mini fridge in room and hot breakfast in the morning is a definite plus. There is also a cozy fire pit and wood available. Just minutes from Englishtown ferry. Service and staff are the absolute best!! They went above and beyond to accommodate and were so warm, friendly and inviting. Cannot wait to back for a visit!!

The owner was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. We had a great view of the valley since our room was in the topmost building on this property. The complementary hot breakfast is limited, but good coffee made up for it. Staff was attentive to replenishing the food and keeping area clean. The property is dated and tired but will be starting to get refreshed per conversation with the owner. If you’re looking for a place just to sleep, then this is the place for you.

The bedding, toilet and shower were all very clean, but walls and doors have been missed for awhile. Very humid place, so there was definitely an odour. Easy check in and they served a delicious, hot breakfast. I also liked that they had chairs outside on the hill so you could watch the sun go down behind the mountains

Awful. Just don’t. Stayed with my family for proximity to the ferry. If we could have got a refund (no refund policy is how they get people to have to stay once there, I suspect) and another place to stay (everything is booked up during tourist season) we would have immediately. The room was dirty and smelly. There were stains on the bedsheets and chairs. There was a beer can left under one of the beds. The shower tile was moldy. The curtains have to be decades old. My daughter woke with a rash and can’t help think it is related to this dump.

The gentleman that served me was seemly friendly.he sd continental breakfast was8am-9:30am I was ther @8 waited till8:10 ther was no answer knocked. Few times sign was on that it was open all nite still no answer so put key in mailbox and left.also the bathroom shower had no shower knob and the water smelled like backed up sewer but the bed was comfy and room very clean 2 tvs still puzzled on that quite a few lamps but not enough outlets but overall it’s a beautiful property some maintenance wouldn’t hurt and he could do extremely well but convenient for a quick stopover disappointed about the breakfast as I am a diabetic also it should b 7-10 an breakfast if ther actually is ty
