"Really great, first class hotel located on the tram line. Super comfy beds, wonderful breakfast buffet. Most of all, excellent customer service! The two lovely ladies at the front desk spoke English and answered all of our questions cheerfully. They do need to fix the second elevator 😊"

"Nice, comfortable, very clean hotel, just a short distance from the center of town and sights of interest. Staff were friendly and helpful, but perhaps not entirely accustomed to dealing with tourists. Wi-fi in the rooms wasn't as strong as it could have been. Overall, though, a good choice."

"I was not able to stay there as they had no electricity while the weather was 52 degrees. I had to go and pay for a different hotel. A refund would be the right thing to do ."

"Ibiris Hotel did exceed my expectations. The staff were helpful and accommodating. Tried to help where they could although would help to have someone who can speak English working there. Towels could have been a bit cleaner (they were washed but stained) Would have been good to have a cupboard in the room, kettle, iron as basic necessities. Overall...
