A very nice stay . Comfortable room and a wonderful view. Unfortunately you needed to pay extra for air conditioning and book a different room, which was not indicated at time of booking and as it was 35degrees at the time of our stay this was an issue.
Food in the restaurant was lovely.
Our friends got charged for breakfast even though they did say on checking in that they did not require one. This was rectified after being pointed out by myself.
A lovely cocktail to end the day .

We were met by the lovely Hugo who upgraded us to the very lovely Gîte. We had pre booked dinner as there is nowhere walkable nearby and we wanted a drink or two! Hugo prepared us a super feast and kept us entertained with a music quiz and plenty of wine. Then we went for a swim in their fancy indoor pool. A very memorable night in a charming place. Highly recommended!

Convenient stopover stay travelling down to Southern Europe. Friendly staff and v reasonable price. Restaurants nearby and Laon old town is worth looking around although up 200+ steps.

Was welcomed by the hotel manager. It is very useful that reception is manned until 11p.m. Good choice at the buffet and efficient service. It is always a plus to have tea and coffee making facilities in the room.

This hotel was a welcome stop en route to the Tunnel and surpassed our expectations. From the receptionist Stephanie (who helped find and telephone a local garage for our friends who had run out of fuel) to the restaurant, everyone had a friendly smile and greeting, to make us feel at home.
We had a very nice room 21, ground floor opening out onto a garden, with 2 loungers and a table outside with fencing to divide us form the adjoining rooms. The air conditioning was quiet and efficient, the...

Absolutely loved our stay! A very small hotel with only a few rooms. The staff are lovely, the breakfast is nice, and the rooms are really nicely decorated.
The free EV charging was a bonus too!
Would highly recommend

Hotel de la Banniere is like the hotels that you used to stay in with your parents in the 1950's ( with modern facilities and comfortable beds!). Either you like it or you don't. We like it. We met a couple in the EXCELLENT hotel restaurant who have stopped off here each year for 30 years, this is only our 3rd so have a few visits to go. We intend to stop off here every year.
Staff are great, speak English. You can book secure parking. Book the restaurant when you arrive and come down early

We stayed for three nights in a very comfortable room, it was very clean, quiet and the staff were very friendly.
It is in a great location, not too far from the Motorway and a short drive into Reims. There is a very good restaurant nearby called Le Parvis which is open Monday to Saturday evenings and is in walking distance from the hotel. The breakfast in the hotel is very good, continental of course.
We would be happy to stay there again.

Firstly the staff are superb! Super helpful and extremely kind.
The concierge, Benjamin was such a pro and made sure we had all we needed.
Arranged a fantastic tour and lunch for us and I was sad to be unable to say think you again in person.

Very helpful English speaking staff. Good location, all the main champagne houses are walking distance (we did do 20k steps visiting the Cathedral, Lanson, Veuve Clique & Taittinger).
Good simple buffet breakfast. Would use again if we ever go back to Reims.

This Hotel is a great stopping over point when travelling south and back. We have stayed here many times and it always comes up to our expectations. Right in the middle of Reims with a great car park with all the shops and cafes just around the corner. I recommend this highly.
