Thrilled to check out!
I spent three non refundable nights here and it did not fill my needs. I was traveling alone on business and thought it might be a nice change from the large chain hotels. It did not turn out that way. My room was a third floor walk up. There is no cable TV in the building. The TV you see in their ad is RoKu, and offers only Netflix! The room had no thermostat, so the temperature is controlled by opening and closing the window. The shower in the shared third floor bathroom has so little pressure that I made a video of it and sent it to the manager. It was the same on the following day. There were no hangers in the closet. There is no clock, no phone, no artwork, it was a very stark room. I did not have any of the breakfast, so I can’t comment on that. There was construction taking place in the building that started at 7 am. So overall, my experience dictates a rating of two thumbs down. Your experience may differ.

This was my first experience with a self service B&B and I am very happy that this was my first. Wyman B&B is my standard going forward. The staff was ready on call or text and the service was excellent. Jasmine went above and beyond to make sure that I was fed and had everything that I needed to make my stay superb. Plenty of parking around the area and easy to fine parking on the street should you need to. All together two thumbs up!

You get what you pay for in Boston
It’s a nice place in a somewhat decent area. Modestly appointed (TV in room but it does not even have a power cord). My only complaint is that it was the most difficult place to find. Even the USPS mail carrier laughed when I asked him where it was, saying it is a difficult address. This should probably be stated in the email confirmation.

It was a really nice bed and breakfast. Unfortunately we were assigned the wrong room with Expedia but the owners/workers were so easy going and helped us right away. We also slept through breakfast unfortunately but was a GREAT stay.

Wish I had known that there was no hair dryer. The duvet of the room I was in looked like it had some stains. It would be nice if breakfast was earlier. I was there for professional meetings and I was long gone by 8 am. It would have been nice to at least have had a cup of coffee before I left.

The crew was friendly, thoughtful and responsive. We enjoyed a home cooked breakfast that was more than generous. The neighborhood and building was quiet. We wouldn’t have known there were other guests if we didn’t enter the dining area. The location was great for public transportation and easy to get from the airport

Good first B&B experience
Staff was nice and accommodating. Rooms and bathroom were clean. It was very hot but our room had its own AC unit. We were able to walk to the T from our place. The building had controlled access as well as our personal room.

Be Sure You Like Bed and Breakfast Establishment
The establishment was overall clean & quiet; room clean and bed comfortable. If you want a TV in your room, you do have to ask for that, so I suggest you call instead of booking online because I did not see that offered online. Perhaps I missed that option. The outside of place could use some TLC landscaping in the front (grass cut, removal of board on ground/side, etc...and newspapers and other little bits/pieces of trash was around the grounds. People were friendly. Location is good. Breakfast is continental (cereal, muffins, granola bars, bagels, boiled eggs, etc.) and starts at 8am. I feel though, this bed and breakfast overall quality of service and amenities could be better for the price.

Good location for subway. Staff was very friendly and was in good communication throughout. Good place to stay if in town for short while and don't mind not having the ususal bells and whistles of a hotel etc.

Everything was easy to access, had a hard time reaching for anyone because of a mild emergency that me and another family had to deal with personally which wasn’t ideal. The location is perfect! It was downtown/walking distance of everything we needed. Neighbor was very cute too, and it was convenient that there was onsite parking. Breakfast was nice, all the families staying helped with dishes and there were a few different options for stuff.

Nice room close to public transit. Outside of initial communication to get in, communication with staff was nil. We didn't require it...but we ended up allowing a mom and her young son to stay in our room for our last night because they couldn't get into their room. They/we tried to contact folks, but no one responded. We felt bad and made up a place on the floor for them. Needless to say, short sleep was had by all.

Close to activities. Comfortable and clean. Delicious breads for breakfast. One drawback, the handle on the door was too close to where it met the other door, which resulted in two of us smashing our fingers between the two doors.

It is in such a great location. We had a Prospect Day at BU and it was very easy to get to. Having the driveway to park in was also very helpful. The room was very warm, even with the air conditioning on, but for 1 night it was fine.

Horrible experience
The room code didn't work, and my son and i were stuck without accommodations late at night. It was horrible. We tried calling the owner, the onsite manager, and no one responded. Phone calls, texts. Voicemails. Nothing worked. I got a refund but that doesn't make up for our inconvenience.

this B&B was very good- it was close to the subway and bus - grocery and other stores just down the street - price was very good for the Boston area - other occupants were friendly including the staff - the breakfast had many choices. Enjoyed the stay and would come back,

there was a bit of issue with payment and also confusion as to where check in happens (if you’re reading this and going to stay here, go to the left side next to parking!), but both things where were resolved quickly and without fuss. staff is very friendly and patient, room super comfy and nice, overall super awesome stay!!

Amazing find! Hassle free rooming close to Boston downtown. Has coded entry so we didn't have to worry about late check in. The pass codes and WiFi password was emailed beforehand. The room was spacious, clean and had good aesthetics. Complementary breakfast was provided in the morning. Would highly recommend it!

1 or 2 nights is fine.
The house is 10 mins walk from Jamica Square station. Close to the city. But don't feel safe walking back at night. My room is next to the kitchen, with a washer and dryer in the kitchen. It's really noisy as people use the washer & dryer even 2 am. Staff starts to cook breakfast before 7 am and my room gets a lot of smell. Bathroom window has no shades and facing backyard of neighbors. Room is big. Bed is fine. Breakfast can run out by 9 am even it said 8am to 11am.

I arrived at the lodging house after my 7-hour flight only to be turned away at the door because there was no room available. The person who spoke to me claimed that they had tried to contact me, though I received no missed calls, messages or emails. This was after I had received emails in the days leading up to the trip giving me directions for reaching the place and saying they looked forward to welcoming me. To make things worse, the manager refused to see me leaving the member of staff trying to find alternative accommodation, none of which was suitable.

Four room share one common bathroom.
The mattress was comfortable, but the room was sparsely furnished. (It wasn't yet ready to be rented out). The main disadvantage is that 4 rooms share one small common bathroom - a real problem in the mornings.

Une catastrophe!!! Que des mésaventures en 2 jours. Premièrement, quel ne fut pas notre surprise de découvrir en arrivant que la salle de bain était sur le palier et partagée avec 3 chambres. Deuxièmement , comme elle était hors service nous en avons partagé une à l’etage Avec 5 chambres. Troisièmement, la chambre est très mal insonorisée, vous entendez votre voisin!!! Et comme la cuisine était à notre étage dès 7 h du matin vous entendez une personne qui fait la vaisselle!!’ Donc pas possible de dormir. Quatrièmement, il ne faut pas faire de bruit après 21h pour ne pas déranger les gens. Ceci me parait extrêmement logique.... alors pourquoi y avait-il 2 plombiers en train de réparer cette fameuse salle de bain hors service lorsque nous sommes rentrés à 22h30???? Mon ami a envoyé un message au responsable afin de comprendre pourquoi ils intervenaient aussi tard (jusqu’a 23h45). La seule réponse a été juste que ce n’etait Pas normal.... ça on s’en serait douté !!! Pas de mots d’excuse, rien. Et cinquièmement, et oui parce qu’il y a encore une péripétie.... pas d’eau chaude pour se laver!!!! Ceci a été l’apothéose de notre séjour. Hôtel à éviter absolument !!

正面のドアから入っても自分の部屋にはたどり着けず、どこから入ればいいのかわかりませんでした。また、どの家がワイマン ベッド & ブレックファーストさんの家なのか看板もないので、分かりにくかったです。 朝ごはんは付いていますが、パンとヨーグルト、飲み物くらいしかありません。あまり美味しそうには見えませんでした。 お風呂とトイレは共通で、掃除されたあとでも結構汚かったです。 スタッフさんは温かい方でした。

二度と予約しません
エアコンはファンが煩くて眠れないし、予約した部屋が使えず、違う部屋を使ったが鍵が使えず、 夜中にドアをノックされタバコを吸っていないか管理人に聞かれた。一睡も出来ないホテルでした。

まず入口が２つありますので気お付けてください２１なのか２３なのかで入るドアが違います。基本共同シャワー、お手洗いですので気になる方はご用心、しかし私みたいに気にしないで、安く、便利なところで、夜は寝るだけの方にはピッタリですね。

Not a great time there
Unfortunately, we did not have a really good time at this place. Hotel should be nice but still under renovation (without any notice priori to our arrival). Hotel is quite dirty (dust, hairs, bathroom). And we did not get the room we booked (no balcony, no ocean view). Once finished, could be a great place because near to the train to Boston and some restaurants are in the area.
