Unfortunately lots of highway noise. The toilet required holding down the lever to flush completely and the drawers on the dresser would not remain close. My stay was short so I did not bother to report the issues. All that being said, if necessary, price was best available, I would go back.

The building from outside is very nice and has potential inside if they renovate. Room was musty and smelled like dirty feet. Ceiling had water stains and other stains on it. Went to use pull out bed for our son and someone left sheets on it and it was filled with crumbs and popcorn. Sofa bed mattress was too small and very thin so it was not comfortable. The hotel also asks for a $100 deposit you get back on check out which was concerning that they get lower level of patrons. Public bathrooms in lobby are locked and you have to ask front desk to let you in. Good location but would not stay again.

This hotel is very affordable yet has pretty decent amenities. It's in a great location near a Dunkin', a good restaurant, and access to the highway. Everyone was super nice, and they even had NESN! The Hilton in Woburn does not. :-( Next time I'm in Woburn, I'm staying here!

Front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast staff was "effective" - they attended to supply of food well but were hard-nosed about the 10AM cutoff, despite my being there - a "Last Call" would have been appreciated. Breakfast - pretty good. Eggs, sausage, waffle maker, yogurt, cream cheese, several choices of hot/cold cereal above the usual continental breakfast stuff. Eggs -scrambled, a bit hard for my taste but good. (I like to add cheddar - not available - but the cream cheese stood in.) Noise: Interior - near silent. Exterior - highway side was noisy. Our room was pleasantly quiet - no noise through the walls and almost none from the hall (perhaps because not full capacity, but still our 2 nights were undisturbed by inside noise). However, the side toward the highway didn't have enough exterior soundproofing (worth ensuring you get a room other side), although we liked the large window. Bathroom: The granite bathroom counter was a lovely, solid touch. Good toilet. Nice, thick towels. The bathtub was the low cost plastic type and had a 1.5" mound in the middle - quite clean but felt cheap. The mattress I had was flat and firm except for a bit of a rise on the edges - not sure what standard hotel replacement would be, but probably due soon. We did our standard mattress check upon entering, and all was good. Good small fridge, decent size TV (didn't watch), I think there was a small microwave too.

The room was not wiped down. All surfaces were gross. Even on the headboard you could see where someone rested their sweaty head and left a mark. So gross. Everything else was fine. But the room- disgusting.

This was a quick stopover trip; we arrived late and left early. The checkin desk had a plexiglass barrier which always makes me nervous. In my mind, it implies that this may be a high crime area. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. When I took a shower I could see that there was new caulking like repairs had recently been completed. Unfortunately, after I showered I found that the carpet in the adjacent room was soaked. There was clearly a leak inside the wall because the bathroom floor was dry. It was late and I was too tired to worry about it so we didn’t complain or try to switch rooms.

I loved my stay at The Inn At Woburn. The room was spacious enough and the whole property was clean and great. Staff were friendly and accommodating. I had everything I needed for my stay. However, the location is a bit off for me. It's hard to go around if you don't have your own car. Public transpo is not easily accessible. I ended up taking Lyft all the time.
