Fantastic staff everyplace, whether checking in your car at the curb, greeting guests in the lobby, front desk, staff in Last Hurrah bar or in restaurant for breakfast.
My daughter and I met here for a long weekend. It was a wonderful stay made even better by the fantastic staff!!

Tereible place. Definitely not worth $300 per night. Rooms were disgusting.

The Omni is a comfortable Hotel with alot of history behind it. The staff couldn't have been nicer!
The restaurant/bar was great and the "Original" Boston creme pie was a delicious treat!
Although the Hotel maintains the Historic look , which is beautiful, the bathrooms in the rooms need definate upgrading. All in all, The Omni Parker Hotel was a great place to stay!

Checkin was prompt. My early arrival wasn’t a problem and I was checked into my room by 1:00pm. Everything was explained clearly and the room was found to be in order as well.

It was an historical property. Food and atmosphere in the restaurants was great. The bed was soft and comfortable. They were very accommodating with storing your luggage after checkout so that you could explore the city and the Freedom Trail. Would definitely stay here again.

Turns out the main restaurant no longer serves dinner- only choice is bar food. The property is historic, so it is very dated-looking, but that fits its age. Occasional street noise woke us up some nights, but the hotel itself was quite quiet and comfortable.

I loved the bed and the sheets, the elegance of the hotel and the history. I was disappointed that the restaurant was no longer open for dinner. But I love have a mini Boston Cream Pie for breakfast!

Central location close to subways and historical sites. Nice bar and the dining room is beautiful. Staff helpful

They did bring a fan up to the room which was helpful

This is an old property, that could use some paint and a little TLC, but full of history and so convenient that it's a wonderful place to stay. I would definitely stay there again.

The property is in a perfect location. The staff was very inviting and knowledgeable about the history of the building and the events that took place at the Hotel. The Perfect place to stay in Boston.

My room didn’t have fridge and thought it came with it. Also I was disgusted to see a used soap still in the shower from previous guest of the room. Also restaurants had limited hours. Had to go outside the hotel to get food.
