This place was very convenient to where I was going. And a good price. However bring earplugs if you want a lakefront room because you are right over the bar. And the rug was so stained and dirty, not only did I disinfect it but I made sure to always keep my slippers on, the bed was comfy

Check in was easy-but there’s no elevator so my daughter and I had to carry all our stuff up the stairs. Our rooom was over the restaurant and they played karaoke wil 11 and I could hear it in my room.

Wasnt able to check in until after 5pm when check in was at 3. Had to wait around for the room to be ready. No handicap accessibility, they have a broken metal rap to get inside and most rooms are up a few steps or upstairs with no elevators.

The hotel doesn’t provide room cleaning only until you check out, the staff wasn’t very helpful, no shampoos, conditioners or soups were replaced and the hotel wasn’t in good conditions and everything looked very old. Our TV didn’t work at all, heating was so noisy that kept waking us up the whole night because it kept turning on and off and you could hear the whole noise from the bar. No breakfast available either. The hotel location was ok

We are sorry to hear that we could not meet your expectations. Since Covid started we do not schedule housekeeping service during the stays unless it is requested. Front Desk always has extra amenities if needed. We would have been very happy to fix the issues you had. We will use your feedback to improve ourselves.

Checked out early even though we paid for Monday check out. The bed was super itchy couldn’t sleep. Holes in wall, the ceiling looked like it was going to come down on us at any point. Just all around terrible experience. Had to pay for another hotel stay.

There was bugs in my room I stayed at this hotel plenty of times never had a problem I asked for my refund due to being there for ten minutes not bed bugs but a bunch of ants and spiders and some type of other bug and got told I will get refunded next day when manager comes in and still haven’t got a response from them after emailing calling them over 5 times

The front desk workers are so friendly and helpful. All of them. The hotel offers an unbelievable restaurant food at a very low price. The rooms are so clean and comfortable and quiet. Awesome place.

In room service could be better. No repleshment of towels, or coffee on room service. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I had a large amount of luggage due to an event I was taking part in, they were happy to switch me to a first floor room.very helpful

I’m take one night at this place is terrible not towells at bathroom. I’m take shower nothing can use to dry Dirty pillowcases and pillow smell No bathroom soap or hand soap It’s looks like nice place at lake. But is not at good experience. Is not clean at bathroom is only a little dirty towel and I give 1 star
