Loved all the outlets on the bedside tables. I did not need to use my extension cord to wall outlets:))). We had the King Suite with a full kitchen. Loved the 3 large windows overlooking the city. It was perfect for a weeklong stay. The hotel was built in 2021 so everything was beautiful, fresh, clean. The free breakfast spread was great. We will definitely stay again!

Hotel staff from Valet, Front desk, maids, food service and maintenance were approachable friendly and helpful. All interactions in the 3 days we were there, hotel at full capacity, were genuine and kind. Breakfast was plentiful and the staff was constantly busy keeping everything hot, full and clean (even with smiles and conversations with us). Hotel was very nice, recently updated and very clean.

The property is a good location and because it is relatively new, it is in great condition. The only downside is the lack of personal parking at the hotel, whose only option is valet parking at an exorbitant price. Public parking Is located off site and while it is close, walking in the area maybe unsafe at night.

We appreciate your feedback, the parking is run by a third party company and we do not have control over their pricing. We have undergone an audit of the similar hotels in the area and we are in line with the current going rate, that being said we understand that this is not ideal but we hope to make up for it with our excellent service.

This hotel is near the convention center about 1,5 miles from Boston Common. Take the Silver line #1 for free to the station near hotel. This area is under revitalization and not super easy to get to the hotel but walkable. Once construction complete should be easier. 30 min walk to south station. Clean, nice staff

Close to the airport, bus stop # 2 & 7 is right there. The friendliest and most helpful staff. Huge rooms for all 6 and super clean. If I could I would live there.

The woman who worked breakfast was absolutly wonderful, especially to our 2 granddaughters. She took the time to talk to them every morning and that was very important. Our housekeeper kept our room very clean, especially because we had 4 grandchildren with us!! Every day the girls bed would have their two stiffed dogs placed neatly on the bed. I am sure the boys left several wrappers and empty soda cans for her, but it was spotless every day!! The only thing we did not like about this hotel was the pool. It is the size of a home pool or smaller and had a limit of 12 people at one time which amounts to only three families of four. And there was no hot tub.

Very nice, clean and new hotel. Complimentary breakfast. Very close to the convention center. Family of 6 stayed in their 2 queen bed 1 bedroom suite with full kitechen and we were quite comfortable. Will stay again if around the area

Great stay and huge room for our family of 6. Free breakfast was a plus and the lobby was busy, but still cozy enough to hang around. No water available for purchase was my only complaint, otherwise a great stay to see everything in Boston!

Great property, great location. I wish the showers didnt have curtains, would be better if they were glass doors, would be much cleaner. other downfall is that there is no restaurant or bar in the lobby, so that sucks. would have enjoyed grabbing a cocktail at the bar.

The hotel room it self was pretty nice for a family and accurately described as far as appearance. (The WiFi was not successful in room despite calling to the front desk for support.) It only let one device sign up. (You had to sign up for Hilton honors to receive it and enter all your info in case that’s an issue for some) I wrote 5 guests and they still only provided towels for 3. The biggest disappointment was the pool. It’s misrepresented on the website-smaller than portrayed-not a standard hotel pool-surprising for Hilton. There were unattended children in pool throwing footballs and running. We got hit in the head with a ball. Despite feeling like a total “Karen” we asked the manager to please tell the parents who were drinking with backs turned to the kids to STOP. He did attempt to help the first time, but literally the kids continued to run and throw a football around. It was obnoxious. When I reported the disturbance continued he didn’t come back in and assist, so we had to leave. I was not the only family shocked by the behavior allowed in there. Lastly, the blankets were super thin and not warm. It was again surprising for the money we paid. One sheet on each queen and literally a really thin blanket on top. My kids asked where the blankets were haha. The pull out couch is likely only good for one kid. All springy and not comfy. No stores nearby without a good walk. Very dark area to walk back to at night with kids.

Breakfast was great.. good variety. Parking at the hotel / around is very expensive that would be my only complaint. Everything else was clean and staff were fantastic! Definitely would go back
