Staff failed to hold room for our late arrival after connecting flight was delayed (this hotel serves Boston Logan airport), despite a call to the reception during check-in hours (7:30pm) to do just that. The room was rebooked, and the hotel was full when we arrived around 3:30am after 40 hours enroute from overseas. To add insult, we had been informed by the same clerk that the shuttle didn't run between 2 and 5am, so we paid for a taxi only to arrive as a shuttle was unloading (the reception hung up when we called from the airport to confirm the shuttle wasn't running, so we hired a taxi based on the previous info). The clerk on duty claimed he was not the person we had spoken to, and attempted to find an available room at nearby hotels without success. No apology, refund or credit was offered, only the name of a manager we could call later
