No guest laundry and staff referred to laundromat across the street which had to purchase laundromat cash card for twenty dollars to get twenty five dollars in laundry credit, no cash or credit cards accepted. However restaurants and shopping areas were within walking distance. Housekeeping staff was excellent. Front desk asked me to leave the lobby at midnight for some reason of night audit. I’m from the west coast so home was only 9:00p and my roommate was sleeping and didn’t want to disturb
Lots of out of the ordinary rules and policies
Not my first choice but manageable.
I’m not happy about paying to park on the property, common sense would dictate that parking is included with the stay. What’s next, charging for lights and flushes?
I used to live close by to this hotel so it was a great location for my visit to see friends. The room was very large and bright. Good A/C throughout and great front desk staff.

Very nice staff, hotel is walking distance from train station, Starbucks, super market, DD and other restaurants
Room was big and comfortable and you get a cookie during check-in :)

The first room I got was a non smoking but as soon you opened the door could smell how bad it was. The front desk changed me to another room with no problem.
The comforter needed to be changed had some stains not sure exactly what it was.
Elevator need to be upgraded is a little slow.
Overall was a nice experience.

Great hotel and i highly recommend it. Will definitely stay there again. The only negative part was we got charged $25 to leave our car in their lot and were not told about it at check in

Stayed here a couple of times for business, once for 2 weeks. Nearby grocery, couple restaurants, Starbucks all walkable. Staff friendly. Thomas in the restaurant provided great service and friendly chat.

The hotel is located right next to an Amtrak train station. The train was too loud making it impossible to rest. I left to a different hotel did not stay for my entire reservation. I tried to get a discount but staff were really rude.

This hotel is located next to a shopping plaza, fast food and a grocery store. Also the commuter rail to Boston is right there.The concierge are always pleasant. I cant speak for other staff as it was a late check in. The hotel is clean and modern.

The location is grea. It's close to the main attractions in boston. The pool of the hotel was great. We enjoyed our time there. A plus is the market across the street.
