We had a great stay and their restaurant next door was amazing. They also let us park early so we could go explore the area before check in. The only down to our experience was the bed was rock hard, it was like sleeping on the boxspring part of a bed and there was a bright light right outside of our window shining through the blinds (there was no curtain for extra blockage).

The room was spacious. The bed was very comfortable. The building was clean and pretty. Only thing was the people upstairs walk so heavy that it woke us but other then that it was a perfect stay!

Property was beautiful and parking was no issue. Very quiet. Beautiful decor. Pleasantly surprised by the kitchen stocked with plates and utensils. Staff was clear with the directions for check in and check out.

Clean, good. Smaller room than the pictures showed. Quite a bit smaller, but nice. Pricey for what you get. I stayed for two nights. about 700 dollars. The Shampoo and the soap containers in the shower were tiny. Barely enough for one shower.

Although the room was great and a reasonable price, we truly missed having a personal check-in and available staff for information about the area. Although answers were an email or text away, as older adults, technology is not our preferred travel experience. The location was central to attractions in the North Shore area, but was in a commercial area, not the New England vibe we were looking for.

I have mixed feeling about this experience. The positives were that the room was clean and new, and the tv was easy to use.I was aware it was a self check-in, which I’ve had positive experiences with at other properties. I felt the pre-checkin was clunky for this hotel. My main issues were that 1) the lobby and hallways were heavily perfumed—instant headache. We had to have the windows open the whole time. It was so strong we considered asking for a refund and leaving. 2) The back of the hotel where our room was actually was just unlocked to the parking lot, so it’s a bit of a security issue. 3) the rooms were quite noisy. You could hear everything in the hall and room above us. I think our neighbors were excessively loud. Who do you tell when there’s no front desk? 4) parking is not guaranteed! It was very difficult to park.

The rug under the bed was wrinkled and a tripping hazard. I complained and they did nothing about it. My husband an I had to take care of it. There was no staff to be seen. I realize that there is no front desk but someone should at least been there.
