Cozy accommodations close to Back Bay and Fenway. A little too cozy for a couple - better for a solo leisure stay (no desk or working space). Rooms in pics look bigger than what it actually is. Garden level rooms will be a bit noisy. Excellent location and spotless and good security.

The property was perfect, very clean, comfortable, and modern finishes. It was graduation season when I stayed there, so it was a little loud, but I brought a sound machine, which helped a lot, since I am a light sleeper. Highly recommend this place--great location, close to lots of things to do, good food, and shopping.

Great location. So close to Fenway Park. A very eclectic cool little place to stay. Could be a little noisy outside. I couldn’t figure out the TV, but that’s me, snd I wasn’t there to watch tv anyway. Somewhat sparse but surprisingly comfortably accommodated. I like staying in different types of places- and this one fit the bill.

This place is very unique i love the small room we stayed in we were in just a standard room and it was the perfect size for the 2 of us! We stayed 2 nights never once worried about anything felt very safe and secure. The building is opened with codes provided which makes everything very smooth. Virtual check in was very easy and seemless. Parking on the other hand was a bit challenging but we found a parking garage right by the Berklee police station a block away from the hotel the fellas working the parking garage were very friendly and professional and we had absolutley no issues. Do Not Park Outfront. Other than parking which is expected in prime location in boston everything was perfect. Walking distance to fenway and any shopping you desire and we highly recommend taking a walk through the gardens around the pond across the street. Very beautiful we will be back!!

We booked a night to go to a couple games at Fenway and this was the perfect location and a great price! Walkable to the park (less than 15 min). The community garden was right there and was a great area to walk. Lots of great dining options within 5 minutes of walking. Parking is not included, but we used Spot Hero to find something less than a 5 minute walk to leave our vehicle for a reasonable price. Overall a great stay and would stay again!

We really liked this hotel - the building and location, safety features, the lobby, and the room. Everything was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The thermostat did not work in the room, and we got hot. Also, be aware that it's very noisy early in the morning from a trash truck if your room borders the alley.

It was very affordable compared to hotels near by. The check-in process was easy. It was very clean and only a short walk to fenway. The room was small but it was perfect for us. It had a nice tile shower. I plan on staying there again the next time I go to the Red Sox

This property was in a very nice location. When entering the property there was clear instructions and a very clean place. The layout of the room was very simple and minimalistic. Also there where little immensities like soap and water that was a nice touch.

Love this property! Although there was no front desk in the property, the representative responded to the request via the web app promptly. The only downside of the room was the lack of a sofa, otherwise, this was a perfect choice to stay in Boston!

This place was wonderful and cozy. The building is nice, room was great. Perfect to walk to Anime Boston at the Hynes Convention Center. Perfect for getting take out at the places nearby and the river view nearby. This is my first time doing an apartment type of thing but the check in process was easy! Thank you!

The room looked even better in person. Grandly scaled fireplace, high ceilings with classical plaster work,and minimal contemporary furniture gave the look and feel of a boutique hotel. The bed was surprisingly comfortable but we to use the extra blanket for weight. Loved it.

Great location for BOCO parents. The property has a great trendy vibe. Units are small but efficient. Happen to talk with owner and was told that they are working on a table for the rooms which would be great. The bathrooms are well laid out but could use a bit of counter space. The common areas are welcoming. And the main staircase is a piece of art on its own. Beautifully developed.

We had concert tickets at MGM Fenway, and 28 Fenway was the perfect spot to spend the night. It was super cute, super clean and within walking distance to the park, local bars and restaurants. Beautiful brownstone right in the middle of Berkley School of Music. So there were walking students everywhere and well lit sidewalks, felt really safe even late at night. Parking garage was a 2 min walk and $20 a night. 8 mins to the park. 5 mins to the bar. All around made our mini trip so fun. And make sure you look up when you get to the center of the lobby! Beautiful stained glass ceiling and swooping staircase. Such a cool place. A classic cool old brownstone with new age amenities and modern feel. Online check in/out and robo lock procedures was easy!

Great room for an overnight in Boston. Close walking distance to everything in the Fenway and Back Bay Area. The room was super nice, clean and the bed was amazing! Special thank you to Julia for doing me a solid and holding my luggage while I went out and had lunch and shopped after checkout before my flight left later in the day. Thank you times a million!
