"Incredible location and great value for money - our room was nice and comfortable. Two main things let the stay down - first off, there was a horrible smell in the hallway when we first arrived, which had spread into our room. Everything was fine after we aired it out, but we had to hold our breath whenever we left the room. Secondly, when checking out the receptionist was very rude. Didn't even look at us when we walked up to the desk, just said "bear with me" and carried on working on the computer for a couple of minutes before turning to face us. Everyone else we spoke to were very nice."

"Very beautiful stay! Very peaceful and relaxing!! Definitely worth the value! It was very Cosy, and when lighting the fire it heated up the whole pod very easily! Hot tub was really relaxing, easy steps and instructions on how to use it and the fireplace. Each pod had box’s for you to buy wood from by scanning the QR code so no need to leave your pod!! The pod came with a very nice bed and lovely bedding! Soft pillows and duvet. Tv provided with channels, Netflix, YouTube etc. Very cosy at night sitting watching the wind outside, whilst being inside with the fire going, on the sofa watching tv. The kitchen provided a microwave , kettle, fridge freezer and hob. Had all utilities in order for you to cook. Also tea towel, sponge, washing up liquid, Tea, coffee and sugar provided. Definitely was an amazing stay. Tescos and a town centre very close by! Only thing of a disadvantage was the window above the bed, I’m someone that needs darkness to sleep however was very bright in the morning, would advise a curtain for the window or blind. Other then that, we are definitely considering to visit again it was beautiful ❣️"

"Everything was great , start to finish."

"We’ve stayed here before and the hotel was passable. But this time there was no hot water for at least 2 days in half the hotel. The hotel continued to book people into those rooms despite the lack of a basic amenity. This was on top of the food being particularly poor - we saw several meals being sent back to the kitchen. In the end we cancelled the remaining night on our stay and went elsewhere, and we definitely weren’t alone in this."

"Very convenient location. Near a main road yet quiet. Ample parking spaces. Clean rooms although the carpet on the alleyways are coming off. Very good for the price. We arrived to find only 1 set of towel for a party of three but it was sorted out quickly at reception. Would definitely stay again when around the area. "

"Our room was on the top floor. No lift so a few flights of stairs to get there. Room was small but adequate. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good. We dined in the restaurant as there wasn't a lot of choice nearby. Hotel was handy for what little Boston had to offer."

"No parking . Their own parking across the road was £10 per night. The breakfast let our stay down. The staff repeatedly got the orders wrong and the cooked breakfast was very poor quality. I don’t recommend the vegetarian breakfast. The lamps on the tables need removing as they are at eye level and you can’t see each other! "
