"The rooms were very small. Only 1 chair (at desk), house phone didn't work, and no luggage valet stands (luggage had lay to flat on floor). Only one small bedside table. "I stayed overnight for easy access to a concert at Symphony Hall. Perfect location, comfortable beds, nice staff. Only critique is that the air conditioner was a bit loud. It kept the room temperature perfect but would wake me up. If I’d remembered to pack ear plugs it would have been fine."
