"Stayed 2 nights due to going to a family party and wanting somewhere close by. Clean and comfortable, ideal for what i needed. Bed was really comfortable. If i had to pick a fault, i would say to get some brighter colours, it was very dark inside. Would definitely stay again."

"Easy to find with satnav with good vehicle access and parking. Set well back from a main road in a beautiful two acre garden, there was not traffic noise. Rooms were very well appointed and every detail carefuly thought out to make your stay perfect. Breakfast menu was exceptional with choices to suit even the fussiest person. Perfectly placed for anyone visiting the aviation museum. I will most certainly stay here again."

"The Hosts Jude & Karl make you very welcome . I was travelling alone and booked a single room which was compact but just right for me on this trip . Tea & Coffee facilities are provided as well as shower gel , soap and shampoo . You can also park at the property . Breakfast is cooked to order and delicious. The property also has a beautiful little garden at the back which I enjoyed sitting in . Within walking distance to the Town through a lovely park where you will find a number of pubs,bars...

"I stayed in a single en-suite, which was a surprisingly good size, including the shower. The decor was a bit dated, but overall quite clean, all the essentials and complimentary coffee and water which was great. My only thing to riase and of course I knew this when booking was the noise from the pub below. "Loved staying here, it was a different experience to staying at a hotel, it was cosy and comfortable. Had a lovely patio area outside where we sat every morning with a cuppa tea, at night we enjoyed sitting under stars while watching films on our laptop. It was dog friendly and our cocker spaniel absolutely loved the stay, lots of beautiful walks around the site, people to meet and it’s less than 20 mins to Skegness for the beach.
