The hotel is right around the corner from an extremely walkable neighborhood with lots of restaurants, shops, and even a lovely indoor mall if you're looking to escape any weather. The room was lovely, comfortable, and elegant. I will definitely look to stay here the next time I am in Boston for business

The Westin Copley Square is in an excellent location across the street from the Newbury shopping district and Prudential Center in Boston Back Bay. The hotel is very nicely appointed, good food options including room service. Would stay again.

The property was just as I expected, we frequently use the Westin in New York in Times Square so we expected that it would be a nice property. The staff in Boston was less accommodating than the New York staff. I had a package mailed to me and when I asked the staff then the Concierge and finally the manager they all said it wasn’t delivered. So I ordered it again. The next day the shift changed so there was a different Concierge on duty, he did his due diligence and called Security and asked using every variation of my name and he discovered it arrived the previous day as I stated.
