"Rooms were very clean, lovely layout of the hotel, like the inside of a ship, Friendly staff, hotel located in a historic section of Seville, the centre of which is a $30 Uber ride away. Be warned if driving very narrow cobble streets, which just add to the charm, but free offsite parking a short distance from the hotel. Price for quality outstanding. "

"Undoubtedly the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. We were a family of 4, with small children. The family room has a sketchy and a wobly set of stairs that brings to the Mezzanine where the bathroom is. I was terrified of my kids falling from the stairs. We had to abandon our reservatiom to seek for a place where at least we could sleep in. The beds were god awful, they only gave us one pillow, and when I asked for more, The rude staff member said they were fully booked and only had two of the worst pillows I ever had the unfortunate privilege of using. They advertised a restaurant and room service, but they don't bring the food to the room, nor do you have access to a menu. You have to go downstairs and order and pick up the order. We spent 2x more than what we paid originally to get emergency accommodations. My son called this place a Bootel, cause he said it was Boooooooooo. And I agree. Also, there are no good restaurants nearby, it is in the middle of nowhere. Who did they bribe to get this 4 star classification, that was money well paid, cause I wouldnt give it 1 star, let along 4. I could keep going, but my fingers hurt of how angrily I'm typing this. STAY AWAY FROM THIS TRAP!!!"
