"שהות בבית המלון היה נחמד, חוץ מרמת שירות שפחות מתאימה למלון 5 כוכבים. ביקשנו כוס פרוסקו בארוחת הבוקר כמו שמגישים בכל בית מלון 5 כוכבים בעולם. הביאו לנו איזה משקה מוגז מאוד מר ולא אהבנו, במקום לתת לאורח להרגיש טוב ולהביא לו מה שהוא מבקש - הנהלה פשוט התעלמו ואמרו שזה מה יש אצלם. מיני בר בחדר ריק לחלוטין- ..."

"It’s not really boutique hotel, more like houtige room in old building. On arrival there was nobody at reception and after calling a while later someone came an rudely showed us to our room. Garbage bags on the floor in front of room door was a put off. Inside room was nice. We had power failure ..."
