Pros: Very convenient, affordable location in the centre of Borjomi. We were guided to park our car on the street opposite the hotel, and also treated to a great cocktail. Staff were friendly. Balcony in the room was nice. Cons: The walls are paper thin so people walking past the room, going up the stairs, in the lobby and those taking showers can be heard clearly. Bed is a bit lumpy and uncomfortable. WiFi is poor. Overall a nice stay with some welcoming staff, but had we stayed longer...

The best hotel I stayed in while in Georgia – not sure whether it would count as top of mid-range or something like a four-star, but it was comfortable and well run. Staff speak English and there’s a basement spa/wellness centre to underline the upmarket credentials. Rooms and bathrooms are a little bland but everything works, including the fridge and mini-bar, and although views are a bit lacking, that’s no problem because you have access to the eastern third of Rabati castle to explore at any...

The staff were excellent sorting out parking for my motorcycle immediately and anything we required they were quick to assist speaking English very well. The apartment is close to everything you’d like to see within walking distance and the condition is fabulous

Great location. Easy access to City. Ample parking. Good size rooms with balconies. Great view of catle on the hill.
