Everything was above and beyond anything we could ask for and if they did not have something, they went out and obtained it to make our stay feel personal. The food was the best food we had in Italy including positano and Naples. We are already planning our trip back."

"The water in the pool and hot tub was very cold which was surprising. Everything else was fine and was good value. Would stay here again. This hotel can also give you a pass that allows you to enter some local museums for free. The water refill point was also useful. Staff were nice"
