We stay here quite frequently so it always meets expectations!!! Great room overlooking the sea view and weekends are busy with a local crowd coming to the hotel making it very trendy !!!
Breakfast is buffet style and staff are all terrific and keen to assist any requests!!

Would highly recommend B&B Latina. Staff were super helpful and friendly. Luca has been a star helping us with the best food spots and any recommendation we asked him for. The other staff members (I didn't catch her name) were also fantastic, calling a taxi for us when we needed. The cleanliness of our room was also up to a high standard and the cleaners were super nice too. The star of the show was the ice machine that was highly appreciated in the summer heat. Excellent staff, amazing breakfast, great location. The only down side is the view from the room, which was into flats next door, and the shower over the bath which was wobbly and therefore not great to use. But all else, otherwise, was perfect with our stay.

Stayed here with my partner as part of a group of friends.
Overall it was a nice hotel close to the center of Latina, Italy.
Pros: Clean rooms with efficient air-con, access to a pool & gym, excellent assortment for breakfast, decent bar, 24hr front desk, check out is midday.
Also the restaurant looked good, but we didn't eat here so can't comment on the quality. A short walk to a nearby '24hr' supermarket (handy if you have a very late arrival as we did)

We had a great 3-night stay at Simon hotel. The rooms were kept exceptionally clean, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast offers lots of choices and vast variety of morning drinks.
Location is also great, within a walking distance from the train station, next to different shops.
Highly recommended, I would definitely stay here again!
